Terry Rota
Terry Rota heads up the advisory panel for the Financial Gain group.
Starting in the finance industry in 1996, Terry began helping people achieve their financial goals through comprehensive debt management strategies and investment into income producing assets determined by the clients goals and risk profiles.
Completing the Diploma of Financial Planning in 2002 (and CFP curriculum in 2006) meant that Terry was able to provide a greater range of services to his clients.
After regular requests by clients to help with Real Estate investments Terry went on to complete the Real Estate Institute of Queenslands Certificate 5 in Real Estate Agency Practice. This allows Terry to hold a Real Estate Licence in Queensland.
Terry is also accredited with over 60 lenders between Australia and New Zealand and is a member of the Financial Planning Associationof Australia (FPA), the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association(NZMBA) , the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) , the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) and has applied for membership with the Real Estate Institue of New Zealand.Terry’s very sound theoretical knowledge and qualifications accompanied by over 10 years of practice allow Terry a unique insight into financial planning.
